These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Writer Army LLC, doing business as Law Firm Leap ("Law Firm Leap," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the website located at lawfirmleap.com and any related services we provide.

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work ("SOWs") entered into separately. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW shall control with respect to the specific services described therein.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active clients.
Certain features of our Site or client portal may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
Fees for our services are set forth in the applicable SOW or service agreement. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are billed monthly in advance on the first business day of each billing period. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Due to the nature of marketing services, fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. Prepaid fees for future periods may be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon valid termination of services.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from our services, excluding taxes based on our net income.
All content on our Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the property of Law Firm Leap or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Upon full payment of applicable fees, you will own the marketing deliverables we create specifically for you (e.g., written content, custom graphics). We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used to create such deliverables.
By providing us with content, logos, brand assets, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
You agree not to use our Site or services to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable attorney advertising rules and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Both parties may have access to confidential information of the other party in connection with our services. Each party agrees to: (a) keep the other's confidential information strictly confidential; (b) use confidential information only to the extent necessary to perform obligations under the applicable service agreement; and (c) not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.
These obligations do not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
OUR SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our services will achieve any specific marketing results, rankings, or lead volumes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive dynamics, and client responsiveness.
The information on our Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAW FIRM LEAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Law Firm Leap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of our Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you provide to us.
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site or services immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us or others.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at legal@lawfirmleap.com. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of 30 days before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
