Every scenario is built from published U.S. national settlement averages across passenger MVA and commercial truck cases. Conservative uses minor injury averages only. Moderate blends minor and moderate cases. High includes the commercial cases that occur in roughly 1 in 10 leads.

Conservative - Minor Injury MVA

$5K – $25K range

Whiplash, sprains, soft tissue, minor lacerations. National average around $7,500 per case. Assumes 100% of your converted cases are minor passenger MVA.

Moderate - Mixed Severity

$25K – $75K range

Blend of minor injury ($7.5K avg) and moderate cases (broken bones, concussions, herniated discs, surgery - $50K avg). Reflects realistic case mix for an established PI practice.

High - Includes Commercial

$100K – $500K+ range

Commercial truck/18-wheeler cases occur in ~1 in 10 leads. Federal minimum policies of $750K–$5M plus respondeat superior exposure mean significantly higher settlements vs. passenger cases.

Catastrophic Cases (Not Included)
